About Empath Care
Empath Care, co-owned by Traci Faulk and Sanjay Kansupada, is a student-centered vocational Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) school in New Jersey. Founded on empathy, Empath Care offers high-quality training that ensures students gain essential healthcare skills, soft skills such as effective communication and conflict resolution, financial literacy, CPR certification, and specialized dementia care training.
The challenge
Initially, Empath Care faced overwhelming operational challenges using manual processes.
