How does the free trial work?
Our 7-day trial is 100% free and does not require credit card information. You gain access to all features and customer support to help you set up the platform.
Can I switch plans later?
Absolutely! You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel whenever you want by going to the Subscription page located in your account’s Settings. If you cancel your account, your portal will remain active until the end of your billing period.
Does my plan come with free support?
All plans come with free customer support by emailing support@dreamclass.io and unlimited knowledge base articles and on demand videos. Higher tier plans provide a dedicated success manager and chat.
How often am I charged?
You can choose to pay on a yearly or monthly basis. WIth yearly billing you secure yourself a valuable discount compared to monthly billing.
Do I need to choose a plan now?
No. You can start with the full-featured, unlimited version of DreamClass entirely free for 7 days. Once you’re ready to upgrade, go to Settings > Subscription and choose the plan which suits your needs.
What payment types do you accept?
We accept credit card payments. Remember, you do not need to provide any card details in order to start your free trial.
Are there any set-up charges?
There is no setup fee. Personalized onboarding is included for free with the Annual plan or 4 session onboarding package for $300, with Monthly plan. You can learn more about the onboarding package here or contact our sales team for details.

We have built DreamClass with the purpose to cater to the requirements of the majority of education institutions. However, we offer valuable add-ons that provide you with customisable features.
