Great and some Learning curve to use its functionalities and designed features to support my own use cases

PROS: Dreamclass allow me to issue different type of invoices such as monthly or lump sum based on parent choice.
CONS: Not really dislike - but the biggest adjustment has been communication via email. That has been the biggest complaint from our families. I know there is a texting feature, but we communicate a lot and it just isn't in our budget.

DreamClass is something big for us. The software is an all-rounder where school admin, teachers, and parents can seamlessly collaborate with each other. The tool is excellent, especially for managing classes, schedules, and invoices to parents. The invoice tracking (automatic if we choose card payments) and bulk notification features are game changers for us. The automatic tracking of teaching staff hours is incredibly useful – the number of hours and payment details are automatically calculated by DreamClass, saving us significant time and effort. What I appreciate most is that DreamClass keeps constantly improving and releasing new features, which shows their commitment to staying current with school management needs.

CONS: Nothing significant stands out as a drawback. We're genuinely satisfied with the software and haven't encountered any major issues during our use. Dreamclass customer support and Lids is very supporting and listens to you , to improve the features continously.

Extremely pleasant and easy. We have had two teacher onboarding meetings and all my team responded really positively.

PROS: I love the user interface and ease of functionality. The value for the cost of the product is great. I think the best part is the customer onboarding process and support you receive as a new customer. Lida has been absolutely amazing!
CONS: There is not much I do not like about DreamClass. We are still getting familiar with the product but if there is something missing Lida always asks if there are ways to make improvements that would help our school.

Overall, my experience has been awesome! Anytime I have had any issues, customer support has been super helpful! They have such a quick response time, despite the time difference in our two areas. In the beginning, we had a few hiccups with forms and attendance, but support has been very quick to respond via email or zoom to get the issues resolved! No question is too big or small for them! The support team also reaches out periodically to check in and make sure everything is still running smooth on our end.

PROS: DreamClass is user friendly! I like the gradebook section best. It was very easy for my team to adjust to that part of the system!

My overall experience with DreamClass has been positive! Their support and services exceed expectations.

PROS: The features are user friendly and easy to learn. The design of the app is intuitive, making it an efficient system in organizing a large amount of student information.
CONS: I would like to see more customization options with the scheduling feature, however my experience with the DreamClass support team is that they are very open to feedback and have provided changes within the program to meet our unique needs.

Very Positive experience so far. Looking forward to continuing working with them.

PROS: What I like the most about DreamClass is its flexibility in creating something that fits your needs. It also has a great team that is very responsive.
CONS: I don’t recall anything that I don't like about DreamClass.
